1. What JeevesJobs Is

JeevesJobs is a job search management platform. It helps you track applications, draft outreach, manage campaigns, and organize your search. Some features use AI to generate content (email drafts, role suggestions, CV tailoring) and to classify incoming emails when you connect your Gmail account.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately or contact us. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

3. Your Data

You own your data. Your CVs, job targets, applications, email drafts, and all other content you enter into JeevesJobs belong to you. We do not claim any ownership or license over your content beyond what is needed to operate the service for you.

You can export or delete your data at any time. If you delete your account, all associated data (including stored Gmail tokens and synced email records) is permanently deleted.

4. Acceptable Use

Use JeevesJobs for your own legitimate job search. Do not:

• Use the platform to send spam or unsolicited bulk email.
• Misrepresent your identity or credentials in outreach sent through JeevesJobs.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Use the platform in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without permission.

5. AI-Generated Content

JeevesJobs uses AI to draft emails, suggest roles, and classify incoming correspondence. AI output is a starting point, not final copy. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is sent. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, appropriate, or free of errors.

6. Gmail Integration

If you connect your Gmail account, JeevesJobs can read your inbox to detect job-related replies and send emails you approve. Every email sent through JeevesJobs requires your explicit confirmation. You can disconnect Gmail at any time from your Settings page, which immediately revokes our access and deletes stored tokens.

7. Free Tools

The Ghost Job Registry and Local Jobs features are free to use without an account. Data contributed to the Ghost Job Registry (company reports) is shared publicly with all users.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep JeevesJobs available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, update features, or modify the platform at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

JeevesJobs is provided "as is." We are not liable for missed job opportunities, incorrect AI suggestions, email delivery failures, or any other damages arising from your use of the platform. Your use of JeevesJobs is at your own discretion and risk.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the email associated with your account. Continued use of JeevesJobs after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
