Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions and Billing

JeevesJobs paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel. Current plans and prices are listed on our pricing page. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, so charges on your statement appear under Paddle rather than JeevesJobs.

2. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@jeevesjobs.com from the address on your account. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. We do not offer partial refunds for the unused part of a billing period, except as described below.

3. Refunds

If you are not satisfied, email us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund that charge in full, no questions asked. To request a refund, write to hello@jeevesjobs.com with the email address on your account and the approximate date of the charge. Refunds are issued through Paddle back to your original payment method and usually take a few business days to appear.

4. Merchant of Record

Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record for all JeevesJobs purchases. Paddle handles payment, billing, and refunds, and its buyer terms apply to your purchase alongside this policy. If you have a billing dispute you can contact us or Paddle directly.
